Mission Statement

The mission of Cimarron-Memorial High School is to provide a quality education which will enable students to become lifelong learners and responsible citizens and to acquire the skills essential for success in the 21st century.

Goal 1

Increase first-time pass rate in mathematics and English as measured by the Nevada High School Proficiency Exam

Objective(s):

To increase the first time pass rate in mathematics by 3% from 42% to 45% and ELA by 3% from 77% to 80% as measured by performance on the Nevada High School Proficiency Exam partnership among exemplary teachers, dedicated support staff, involved parents/guardians, and enthusiastic students.

Goal 2

Increase IEP achievement in mathematics from 7% to 12% and English from 36% to 41% as measured by NHSPE

To increase IEP achievement in mathematics from 7% to 12% and ELA from 36% to 41% as measured by performance on the Nevada High School Proficiency Exam

Goal 3

Increase school-wide average daily attendance with emphasis on the IEP population

Objective(s):

To increase school-wide average daily attendance for all students by 3%; IEP students will increase average daily attendance from 87%
